I have over 21 years of nursing experience that includes working as a registered nurse in the emergency room and the post-anesthesia care unit and as a primary care provider in a family practice. Over the last 4 years, I have dedicated my career as a board-certified family nurse practitioner to offering primary care services to patients across the lifespan- from newborns to geriatrics. I love to help patients and families feel empowered to make lifestyle changes that will positively impact their physical and mental health. I believe in a holistic approach to treatment where eastern and western medicine are combined to provide the best outcomes. I also believe an informed patient is a transformed patient. Understanding your health and ways to maintain or improve it is the key to progress and sustainability.

In my spare time, I love to read, play cards, and shop (sneakers are my guilty pleasure!). I have been married for 20 years and have two children that keep me on my toes and remind me to savor each and every moment.

Sierra Savage is an acute care adult gerontology nurse practitioner with an expertise in emergency medicine. She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing at Brookdale Community College in May 2018, Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Georgian Court University in December 2019 and Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University in February 2021. She holds a national certification with American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She joined Fusion H2O recently to deliver high quality, patient-centered care, while addressing the holistic aspects of each patient.
